What is Zantango?

Zantango is a new ground-breaking platform that enables instant live video connection with experts on almost anything.

How does it work?

Users can click a link or scan a qrcode anywhere (e.g. on a website, email, text message) made in zantango.com for a particular category and instantly be connected live on video to an expert.

For users seeking expertise on computers, you can simply search on Zantango.com, and for experts you click the For Experts button and download the app or sign-up through the website, and can receive and provide expertise immediately.

Who is this for?

Zantango works for anyone looking for immediate expertise on almost any topic, and also a way to share your expertise and receive leads and eventual compensation for you knowledge.

How do I set it up?

You can connect through a browser on the Zantango.com website either on a computer or on a smartphone. Or optionally (not required) you can then download the Zantango app on a smartphone.

Or just click a Zantango link, or scan a Zantango QR code. (These are made on zantango.com, see directions below).

For Experts: Download the Zantango Expert App for the iPhone or Android, you can connect through the "Be an Expert" link at the top right corner of the Zantango.com home page. Follow the prompts in the app to set yourself as an expert, when deciding which category you want, either choose from the Drop-Down menu or you can type in your own, and your category will automatically appear on the Zantango.com home page.

In the Expert App on the iPhone IOS, how do I prevent it prompting for a Camera and Microphone everytime someone tries to connect with me?

For the Camera:
Go to Settings > Safari > Camera > Allow
For the Microphone:
Go to Settings > Safari > Microphone > Allow

How much does it cost?

It is free for immediate expertise on our current BETA site. If you would like ongoing expertise, this can be scheduled and paid for in an on-going fashion. For enterprise customers we can set up your own Zantango with your brand included.
